Brent Miller has been a competitive athlete for a large part of his life. He was a four-year all-conference performer for the Lakeland College Football team and graduated from Lakeland with a degree in Fitness Studies. After his collegiate career wrapped up he needed the challenge of competition and turned to endurance events. Training for these events was a 360o change from how he used to train for football, but that helped him grow as both a personal trainer and coach.
Brent became a personal trainer in 2009 and since that time has worked with varied individuals to meet their personal goals. In 2012 Brent received his yoga certification and uses a combination of his Fitness Studies degree and yoga training to create the ultimate experience for all of his clients. He has worked with both Ironman and Marathon participants to meet their event goals.
